Institute for Micro and Nano Systems 

Grade UE07, Salary Range £39,347 - £46, 974 

Fixed term until 30 November 2025

Full-time, 35 hours per week

The Opportunity:

This Research Associate position will contribute to the within InlightenUs project the Institute for Micro and Nano Systems at the University of Edinburgh, which is funded by EPSRC and in collaboration with colleagues at the Queen Mary, Nottingham and Southampton Universities.

This role is UE07 and is available on a fixed-term basis until 30 November 2025.

Your skills and attributes for success:

• Experience with programming (python, Matlab etc.). 
• Experience with image analysis. 
• Experience with immunohistochemistry. 
• Knowledge of super-resolution microscopy techniques.
• Experience with FRET measurements.
