Description

We are a specialty vaccine company that develops, manufactures, and commercializes prophylactic vaccines for infectious diseases addressing unmet medical needs. We take a highly specialized and targeted approach, applying our deep expertise across multiple vaccine modalities, focused on providing either first-, best- or only-in-class vaccine solutions.

We have a strong track record, having advanced multiple vaccines from early R&D to approvals, and currently market three proprietary travel vaccines, including the world’s first and only chikungunya vaccine, as well as certain third-party vaccines.

Revenues from our growing commercial business help fuel the continued advancement of our vaccine pipeline. This includes the only Lyme disease vaccine candidate in advanced clinical development, which is partnered with Pfizer, as well as vaccine candidates against the Zika virus and other global public health threats.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage reporting processes and data analysis on People Data and HR compliance topics
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting, data maintenance, and data governance for HR
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, design, and implement key performance indicators and metrics to measure and drive HR compliance initiatives
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support informed decision-making
  • Support audits and internal controls related to HR compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR analytics, reportig
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, or a related field
  • Knowledge in data analysis and reporting using Excel, HR information systems, Power BI and/or analytics tools
  • Experience with HR data privacy and protection
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data and insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 52.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However, our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
