Job Description

What you'll do: 

• Conduct operations research, overhaul a set of relevant KPIs and support process transformation in H2 2024 in partnership with the Director Logistics, the COO office, and the senior management. 
• Analytically support material loss prevention projects by both identifying operational gaps and the assets left without attention. 
• Develop deep knowledge of ERP data, use it to ensure adequate usage & design of ERP in collaboration with the Operational Excellence and the Digital Product teams so all material assets are unaccounted for, not stuck in process and delivered in full and on time. 
• Automate logistics reporting by transitioning from Excel-based reports to a unified, automated system using our centralized data warehouse. 
• Closely work with a group of seven stakeholders, conduct weekly meetings with them, ensure quarterly roadmap planning and drive prioritization.  

Qualifications

What you'll bring: 

• 3+ years of relevant experience as BI Engineer, BI Analyst or Data Analyst. 
• High proficiency in SQL, ETL processes, and familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Our tech stack includes dbt, Snowflake, Streamlit and Tableau. 
• Exposure to Python for data analysis (e.g. pandas). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of using data to improve business outcomes. 
• Enthusiasm for working in dynamic, rapidly changing environments, with a commitment to operational excellence and innovation.
