In this position, you will be a part of the SSC Global Services Delivery Solutions & Sustainability Solutions team, whose mission is to develop scalable capabilities and solutions to support the HPWS portfolio. Job Overview
As the Renew Platform Business Intelligence PM, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end Services Supply Chain solutions aligned with Renew Platform team. You will serve as the primary liaison between Renew and the broader Supply Chain team, coordinating with various functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define, design, and implement business intelligence solutions and digital tools that will optimize our Renew supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the Services Supply Chain business intelligence tools within the Renew Platform ecosystem.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the Renew team and other Supply Chain stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across various Supply Chain functions to define, design, and implement business intelligence solutions and digital tools, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business objectives.
- Develop proof of concept dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights.
- Be the bridge with technical teams to develop solutions at larger scale within HP.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in business intelligence, AI, and supply chain management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- +5 years of experience in Services Supply Chain, Customer Support, and/or Services Delivery Businesses.
- Proven project management experience and skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive results in a dynamic environment.
- Strong proficiency in business intelligence tools (i.e., Power BI, QlikView, Tableau).
- Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (i.e., LLM, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- MBA, PMP, ITIL, Black Belt Lean Six Sigma certifications are a plus.
- Experience developing digital tools to optimize business processes.
- Experience with ERP and supply chain management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
